Shipping Time
•Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
•We will provide you with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched to keep you updated.

Returns and Exchanges
•Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. A return fee of AED 15 will be charged.
•If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the matter.
