•All dresses at Lamella.ae are custom-made to order, ensuring a unique product tailored for you.

•The Tailoring process requires 10–14 days to complete before shipping.

•By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this timeline.

 

•Once production is complete, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

•Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and we will provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

•Lamella.ae is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

 

•Full payment must be made at the time of placing your order.

•We accept payments through secure methods to ensure your information is protected.

 

•Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

•After 24 hours, the tailoring process begins, and no changes or cancellations will be accommodated.

 

•Due to the custom nature of our dresses, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

•If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and offer a resolution.

 

•Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

•Lamella.ae is not liable for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

 

•All designs, images, and content on Lamella.ae are the property of Lamella.ae and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

•We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process and deliver your order.

 

•Lamella.ae is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

 

•These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
